This incident has been resolved. An update to the Tracking platfrom caused a long running database update to delay processing. The issue was rectified by the RAM Development team and processing was operational again at 17:15 UTC

We are currently looking at an issue where access to RAM Assist images is restricted. Users of the web and app are able to upload images but are unable to download from the system

We are aware of an issue with one of our mobile networks that is impacting the ability of devices to connect to our servers. Data will be stored on the devices until they are able to come online

We've identified the issue has been caused by Google releasing an update to their Maps API which has broken the library used to draw icons on the map. This issue is impacting multiple users around the world not just RAM Tracking. We have a fix and are deploying it now.

We've been made aware that there is an issue with some users are unable to login to RAM Web Tracking. We are investigating the issue

We have now confirmed that this is because of an issue with an endpoint in RAM Live that’s not returning some data for accounts with cameras. This has only effected accounts that didn’t have a package value set in Live.
