Resolved after 43 minutes, affecting Tracking Website & Reporting, on February 20, 2025.
We have now confirmed that this is because of an issue with an endpoint in RAM Live that’s not returning some data for accounts with cameras. This has only effected accounts that didn’t have a package value set in Live.
