Orders from some eCommerce and marketplace integrations are not auto downloading into Cin7 Omni. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. In the meantime, please manually click **Download Orders** to download your orders as expected. Additionally, **Amazon Seller Integration – Manual Order Download Issue:** Clicking **Download Orders** results in an error. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
