Resolved after 1 day 20 hours, affecting Cin7 Core (Core: Help Center), on September 22, 2026.
The issue was limited to accessing the API documentation. We are working on a workaround for customers who need access to the documentation, so there is currently no ongoing impact to the API or our core services. For this reason, we’re marking the incident as resolved. This does not mean the documentation issue itself is fully resolved. We are continuing to work on a solution and will continue to provide updates as that work progresses.
