Some our users have experienced issues creating claims in both ClaimsCORE & HUB and Claimshop via integration. A fix was recently introduced to eliminate issues. We are monitoring the situationen with the highest priority, and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to provide and/or the issue has been resolved.
