We are currently investigating an issue where users are experiencing authentication difficulties with the following banks on the Connect and DirectPay widgets: GTBank Access Bank Union Bank Zenith Bank First Bank Globus Bank Fidelity Bank Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this, and we will provide an update once the service is fully restored.
