Starting around 2:00 pm PDT on 10/28/25, our engineers began investigating an issue with creating & editing event webhooks. Users may not be able to create or edit webhooks via the SendGrid console, but the API can be used as a workaround at this time. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Users can now create & edit event webhooks in the SendGrid console again. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
