Qualys Cloud Operations is currently investigating an issue that is causing the VMDR module and API to return 503 errors. Further updates will be shared as they become available. The ticket reference for this incident is IM-12762

After further observation, this is a complete outage on EU Platform 2 as most services are impacted due to the ongoing OCI outage. We are continuing to work with OCI to restore services as quick as possible.
