OneLogin Engineers have identified an issue with the OneLogin SSO Services; some customers may be experiencing degraded performance. We are working to quickly restore service.

SendGrid and Twilio are currently experiencing service issues affecting Email and SMS delivery. As a result, OneLogin MFA factors that rely on Email or SMS may be impacted. This issue originates with the upstream providers and is not related to OneLogin. All other OneLogin components are functioning as intended. OneLogin Engineers have identified and resolved the issue affecting OneLogin MFA Services. Service has been restored, and MFA authentication is operating normally. We will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure stability and will provide additional updates if necessary.

We are currently investigating reports of degraded performance in the US region. Some users may experience slower than usual page loads and delays with MFA prompts. Our engineering team is actively investigating the cause

Our engineering team identified the source of the performance degradation in the US region and has applied a fix. Initial results show performance has returned to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor all services to confirm full resolution.
