We’d like to inform you that there will be an outage to Open Banking services for customers of RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank are intermittently unable to view their Credit Card information within Mobile Banking and Online Banking on 10th August from 09:00 BST. During this outage, customers of RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank will be unable to use Services of Mobile Banking and Online Banking. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll be using the time to carry out essential maintenance on our systems that will ensure we continue to provide you and your customers with a reliable service.
