This incident is now resolved. Our connection with Intuit QuickBooks was unavailable, which meant QuickBooks Online syncs from Clio Manage were delayed or did not complete for customers in the US and Canada. The resulting backlog of queued work also delayed some other background processing in Clio Manage. We limited the affected sync while the backlog cleared, then restored it once processing had caught up. The connection has been operating normally since, and queued work has been resent automatically. We are reviewing how this integration fails so that a future interruption is isolated to the affected features rather than delaying other background work. We apologize for the disruption.
