Resolved after 27 minutes, affecting Accurx Web and Accurx Desktop Toolbar, on October 3, 2026.
We've resolved this issue. The Video consultation option is only disabled when a message schedule is already applied. Once the schedule is removed (i.e., you use the Send Now option), the ability to click the Video consultation button appears again.

We've received reports of a recent issue affecting both Accurx Web and Accurx Desktop (Toolbar) users, who may see that the Video consultation button is greyed out. We're currently investigating this and will provide an update shortly.
