Dear Customers, Since 3:30 PM GMT+8 on 14 October, MYR withdrawals have been failing due to an issue with one of our banking partners. We have routed MYR withdrawals through our backup partner, and new withdrawals are now completing successfully. Withdrawals created between 3:30 PM GMT+8 on 14 October and 5:00 PM GMT+8 on 15 October that remain in PENDING status are currently being reconciled. We expect all affected withdrawals to be reconciled by 16 October. Withdrawals created after 5:00 PM GMT+8 on 15 October are not affected. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
