   Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating Brightspace H5P issues. Beginning at 3:50 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, some users are experiencing issues with H5P being unavailable. Users may be unable to create or upload new content. D2L is working to resolve this issue. Additional information will be posted here when it becomes available. Impacted environments: * Clayton State University (XPROD) * Georgia Southern University – East Georgia Campus (XPROD) * Georgia Online Virtual Instruction Enterprise Wide (GoVIEW) (XPROD) * Augusta University * University of North Georgia (XPROD)

   Between approximately 3:50 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, Brightspace users experienced an issue with H5P being unavailable. Users may have been unable to create or upload new content. Brightspace Learning Outcomes functionality has been restored, and Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently monitoring.
