USG Identity Proxy Issues Reported

   Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating reports of an issue with the USG Identity Proxy (IDP). Affected users may experience login delays or be unable to access USG Services that require the IDP for Single-Sign On purposes, including OneUSG Connect, GeorgiaFIRST Financials and ServiceNow. Additional information will be posted here when it becomes available.

   Information Technology Services (ITS) has restored full functionality of the USG Identity Proxy (IDP). We will continue to monitor this system for stability. If you are still experiencing login issues, please clear your cache from previous browser sessions in order to log into the application successfully.
