Community Notice- PEHP July groups will transition to a new claims system on July 1, 2025
Resolved after 11 days 22 hours, affecting Batch EDI Processing and Payer Network, on June 25, 2025.
The payer PEHP will transition July groups to a new claims system on July 1, 2025. Providers must use the new member numbers with DOS starting 07/01/2025, even if a new card is not available. If providers use old PEHP member numbers, the claim will be rejected on a 277CA with codes A3:33:HK and/or A3:88:QC. Please resubmit with new member number for claims to pay.
