Spotify incident
Webpage redirects to "Spotify is currently not available in your country"
Resolved after 1 hour 58 minutes, affecting Service, on February 4, 2026.
We've received reports that certain web pages are redirecting users to https://www.spotify.com/why-not-available/ which says "Spotify is currently not available in your country". Spotify links work correctly when a country code (e.g., /us/ for the US, /mx/ for Mexico, /se/ for Sweden, etc.) is manually added after the ".com" part of the URL. A detailed list of all available country codes can be found here . Example URL: https://support.spotify.com/us/
