Effective July 1, the European Union introduced a new €3 flat-rate customs duty per HS code for items valued under €150, in addition to import VAT. Learn more here. GlobalPost: Due to new EU regulations, Germany is no longer accepting IOSS DDU shipments valued under €150, and France will only accept them through the end of July. To avoid automatic returns, customs delays, or extra fees, we highly recommend using our DDP services including, GlobalPost Plus or GlobalPost Plus Duties & Taxes Included. See details here.
