Some users are seeing intermittent errors when signing in through Ping Identity SSO. Sites may load, but sign-in fails with "Network error communicating with endpoint." The identity team is investigating with Ping One to review the issue. Impacted sign-ins: ServiceNow (Production) through Ping SSO, including the customer support portal Identity University Discourse Highspot Please note: Unfortunately, customers will not be able to sign in to the Support Portal during this outage.
