We have made some relevant adjustments to spam filters through our SMS providers and have made some internal adjustments and we believe the issue is resolved. PLEASE NOTE - It can take up to 5 minutes for an SMS OTP to be received. Please allow time for the SMS OTP to be received before re-trying

We are aware of an issue where Malaysian customers are seeing delays when receiving SMS OTP's. We are currently working on the issue both internally and with our SMS provider.
