   The issue is limited to the download process only, host agent updates and installations are not affected. Published 02/19/2026 1:52 PM UTC Status: Investigation in progress Impact: The download of Agent Debian packages is currently not working in the following cases: Download via the downloads page: https://packages.instana.io/agent/download Download via self‑hosted backend Unaffected: Downloads via Debian APT repository (repo) are working as expected. Details: We are investigating an issue that affects direct downloads of Debian packages from both the public download page and self‑hosted backends. The APT repository remains fully operational, and installations or updates via APT are not impacted. Next Steps: We are actively working on restoring full download functionality and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
