Incident - Service Degradation in region Blue RESOLVED
Resolved after 12 days, on October 2, 2026.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting Instana's dashboard responsiveness for instance some widgets my not display data in Region Blue. Our teams are actively working to identify the root cause and mitigate the issue. We will provide an update at the earliest. We have found the cause. We have restarted the faulty service and now we are monitoring the system to see if there is any instability. We are sorry for the inconvenince of some widgets not displaying data.
