Resolved 10/01/2026 4:29 PM UTC Issue has been resolved in the latest dynamic and static agent versions from 2026.10.01.1026 Published 09/29/2026 3:19 PM UTC Title : OTel metric data collection gaps due to OTel sensor issue. Impact Ingesting OpenTelemetry (OTel) data through the Instana Agent results in data gaps for the following entity types: JVM, Kubernetes, Host, Database, GenAI, LLMonitor, MilvusDB, DCGM and vLLM The issue exists from agent version 2026.09.24.0629 Work around : Agents can be pinned to version 2026.09.23.1400 until new sensor versions are released Current Status Engineering have identified the issue Next Steps Engineering is working on a solution and will provide a further update once a fix is available.
