Resolved on April 17, 2025, affecting iconik AWS US Data Center.
We have been seeing intermittent problems in our US datacenter on AWS. The issue was identified as a misconfiguration in our rate limiter causing congestion in the iconik backend service which in turn caused some requests to fail. The misconfiguration has been rectified and we are seeing the system behave normally.
