Elevated errors when sending shoutouts through Slack due to Slack API issue

Slack has notified us that the've resolved this issue. Searching for recipients when sending a shoutout or making nominations should be functional again. If you’re still encountering any trouble, please reload Slack using Command + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux).

Slack has identified an issue with their API which is preventing HiThrive's Slack app from showing team member results when searching for recipients. We'll continue monitoring Slack's status page and update this incident as soon as they provide an update. A temporary work around is to @mention your recipients in the slash command. For example "/shoutout @Brandon @Susie"
