Resolved after 35 days 22 hours, affecting HiThrive, on September 16, 2026.
The Amazon Pay gift card is no longer available from our vendor and has been removed from our catalog. Any pending orders for the Amazon Pay gift card have been cancelled and refunded.

Our gift card supplier in India is having trouble issuing gift cards for the following brands: Amazon Pay India Amazon Shopping India Apollo Pharmacy Bata Fabindia While we have redundancy in gift card suppliers, Amazon gift cards in India appear to be unavailable across several of our gift card suppliers at the moment.

Our gift card supplier in India is continuing to work on a resolution to this issue. Any pending redemptions for the unavailable brands will be automatically processed as soon as the issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
