Occurred at: October 29, 08:35 UTC ■Scope of impact - Certificate issuance via the GUI - Certificate issuance via the SSL API - SSL (Access to Domain Validation URL) - Certificate issuance via the ePKI API - EPKI (Access to certificate acquisition URL) - Certificate issuance via the JCAN GUI - Certificate issuance via the JCAN API [Note] There is no impact on the use of issued certificates or on revocation checks.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

This incident has been resolved.

Following the Atlas Certificate Issuance (HVCA API) load balancer maintenance earlier today, some customers have reported issues processing HVCA API responses. This has been determined to be caused by an unintended modification to one of the HTTP response headers. We are working to revert this change as soon as possible. Note that certificate issuance is not affected.

The response header has been updated to match the exact format of the header which was returned prior to the maintenance.

No further issues have been reported so this issue is now considered to be resolved.

We are investigating an issue affecting that Atlas Qualified TSA service which may be causing intermittent errors. We will post more information once it is available.

We have identified a problem with one of our TSA servers. The server has been removed from the pool so shouldn't cause further issues, and one of our engineers is working to restore it to service now.

The problem with the failing TSA server has been resolved and we are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure no more errors occur. The problem resulted in a small number of spikes in HTTP 503 responses, across all TSA services. This caused a small number of upstream errors to be returned by DSS as well.

No further errors have been seen.

We are experiencing intermittent timeouts and errors on the Atlas portal. This relates to an upstream problem at one of our SaaS providers. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we get them. The backend APIs (certificate issuance, DSS, TSA, etc) are unaffected.

Our provider have updated us that they are currently testing a fix for the problem and are currently monitoring. We will update once it is confirmed that the resolution has been successful.

The provider has identified a fix and is rolling it out, we are monitoring closely and will confirm when we see fully stability returned.

The provider's fix is being rolled out region by region. We have not seen any impact to the portal in the last 40 minutes, but are continuing to monitor closely until given the all-clear.

The provider reports the issue as resolved, and we are not seeing any further interruptions in our monitoring so are considering the incident resolved as well.

We are investigating a possible interruption to connectivity to the Atlas APIs. We will post further updates as soon as we have confirmed the scope

We have confirmed that all services are operational. No outage was detected by our external monitoring, however there could have been some brief packet loss in some geographies.
