Dear emnify Customers, At approximately 01:00 UTC, we experienced a brief signaling degradation that temporarily impacted device connectivity for some customers across our global network. Our monitoring identified a sudden increase in signaling traffic originating from UK network operators, which triggered overload protection mechanisms and resulted in temporary connectivity disruptions for some customers, including those outside the UK. The exact cause of the increased signaling activity is still being investigated, and we have reached out to our UK network partners for further clarification. Service was fully restored at approximately 01:10 UTC, and our monitoring confirms that connectivity and signaling traffic have returned to normal levels. All services are currently operating normally. In case you are still having issues, please reach out to our Support Team via our Help Center. Kind regards, emnify Support Team
