Issue with Cloudflare causing time out error - FCM and ARA
Resolved after 6 hours 18 minutes, affecting PROD US2 and SB US2 and 1 more, on December 5, 2025.
Customers may experience an issue when accessing the BlackLine FCS or AR application. BlackLine identified the problem as related to our 3rd party vendor Cloudflare's ongoing maintenance. BlackLine engineers have implemented a solution to enable access. We will continue to monitor for any additional issues and post any further updates.
