We experienced an incident impacting in-club and online sign-ups, as well as access to the payments page and member profiles for markets using Membr. Start Time: 2026-03-29 00:00 UTC Resolved Time: 2026-03-29 12:30 UTC Our vendor Xplor identified the root cause and has implemented a fix. Services have now been restored. We are continuing to monitor system performance closely and are working with Xplor to formally stand down the incident. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while this was being resolved
