   ClubWise is currently investigating an issue affecting UK clubs where certain member payments did not receive the expected payment window before a late fee was applied. As a result, some members may have been charged a late fee incorrectly. ClubWise is working to identify all affected members, and correct impacted accounts. We will provide another update as more information becomes available.

   The issue affecting certain member payments at UK clubs has now been resolved. ClubWise has completed the necessary corrections for all impacted members, including removing any incorrectly applied late fees and write-off charges. For members who had already made payments, affected clubs have been notified and provided with instructions to process refunds or apply membership freezes to correct the charges for the following month. All corrections were completed ahead of the next payment collection cycle, ensuring members will not be charged an incorrect amount. No further action is required unless your club has been contacted with specific instructions from ClubWise.
