   A hotfix has been deployed to address an issue affecting consent preferences for new member Online Signups. New member signups completed after the deployment of the hotfix should now have the expected email and SMS consent preferences applied. Members who signed up prior to the deployment may still have incorrect consent preferences, which may have prevented them from receiving email and SMS communications. Our team is continuing to monitor the fix and review any previously affected member records. We will provide another update as more information becomes available.

   Our team has identified the affected member records and is beginning the process of updating those users’ email and SMS consent preferences in our internal systems and Club OS. We will provide another update as remediation progresses.
