We can confirm that as of 15:50 CEST on July 1, 2026 the issue resulting in a partial payout delay for a subset of USD transactions processed via CashApp, has been resolved. The affected customers are expected to receive their delayed payouts by end of day on July 2, 2026 in accordance with their payout schedule. We will continue monitoring and provide further updates if necessary.

We have identified an external issue which started at 20:00 CEST on June 25, 2026 resulting in a partial payout delay for a subset of USD transactions processed via CashApp between June 25 to 26, 2026. As a result, a subset of customers might experience a delay in receiving their payouts scheduled for June 29, 2026. Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the situation and coordinating with the affected partner to support resolution efforts. We will provide further updates on the delay as soon as we have more information.
