We have identified an issue outside of our platform resulting in higher error rates for transactions processed through Eftpos starting at 17:25 CEST. Eftpos has confirmed there is a last minute programmed maintenance taking place at this time. The expected downtime is as follows: Maintenance Window: Start: 21 October 2026, 00:00 AEDT End: 21 October 2026, 07:00 AEDT We will continue to monitor and provide an update once Eftpos confirms the maintenance has concluded.
