We have identified an issue which started at 13:50 CEST on October 19, 2026, resulting in elevated error rates for transactions routed through Visa. As a result of this issue, a subset of authorization requests processed through Visa may fail or return error responses. Merchants may observe increased failed transaction attempts for the affected routing path. Our engineering teams are actively investigating and implementing mitigation measures, including traffic monitoring and routing adjustments where applicable. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
