*** Update - The slow down in processing has been resolved and all faxes are now being processed normally. There has been no loss in fax data and the situation is now resolved. We are currently experiencing a slow down in processing faxes after transmission has been completed. This will result in delays in getting notification emails and having faxes placed on accounts. There is no loss of data as all faxes, both sending and receiving, are being transmitted in a timely manner. Teams are actively working on this and we will update this status as soon as possible.
