RETROACTIVE: [SEV3] - Sandbox RiskOS Webhooks Not Firing
Resolved on October 27, 2026.
On October 27, 2026, some customers were unable to receive RiskOS Sandbox webhooks. The issue was caused by invalid webhook configurations that caused the Sandbox notification sender to stop processing events. The malformed configurations have since been corrected. All processing has recovered and webhook delivery has successfully resumed
