Earlier today, some customers hosted on our European clusters experienced delays to email processing due to an infrastructure issue. This has been resolved, and all queued mail from this incident has now been processed.

An outage affecting Sedna’s mail egress and ingress services has been identified on a specific infrastructure cluster (eu-west-1). Affected users are unable to send and receive mail. The issue is under investigation by engineering as an emergency.
