   We are investigating alerts that we have received, and the web portal has an issue displaying objects within a container in our US and CA data centers. We will keep you informed as soon as we know more. Updates will follow on this channel.

   This incident has no impact on customer or end-user environments. No action is required. We are actively working to resolve the issue

   We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident, and will be restarting servers. While we expect no impact during this restart, customers may experience brief interruptions in service, while connected clients, and secondary gateway access points locally reconnect.

   We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. PC clients are recovering so users may experience a slight delay in reconnection
