We are investigating an issue affecting some users that causes a 500 error when launching Imaging from contact records within the CRM. As a result, some users may be unable to access Imaging through CRM single sign-on. This issue is limited to launching Imaging from CRM contact records, and users can continue to access Imaging directly as a workaround. Our teams are actively working to identify the cause and restore functionality as quickly as possible.
