You may be experiencing During this outage, calls are being delivered to the PSAP?s 10 digit 24 by 7 emergency line on VoIP service, this is a Single PSAP outage. This outage is believed to have begun at 12/03/2025 13:27 PM CT with an expected time to resolution of 12/12/2025 13:33 PM CT. The cause of the outage is: CHE configuration generating erroneous SIP signaling; this was corrected with a CHE configuration change. The issue is affecting 9 1 1 call delivery to the following PSAPs: Lees Summit Police Department (FCC ID: 3846) Jackson County, MO.
