EU Server: Delayed reporting for Advanced Analytics Dashboards.

   We are currently experiencing an issue that may be impacting your ability to fully utilize our services. Advanced Analytics Dashboards are currently delayed, with reporting data only available through to July 24th. Please note this issue does not affect our Standard Reporting Suite which is uptodate. Our Engineering team has identified the cause and are working toward a resolution as a top priority. Poppulo Support

   Our Engineering team has identified the cause and are working toward a resolution they expect the Advance Analytics dashboard to reflect correctly by tomorrow morning 08:00 UTC July 28th

   Our Engineering team has identified the cause and are working toward a resolution they expect the Advance Analytics dashboard to reflect correctly by end of day.

   Our Engineering team has confirmed that Advanced Analytics data is now reflecting correctly on the US Server. On the EU server Advanced Analytics data has been restored excluding some interaction data from Saturday the 25th of July. Engineering are continuing the backfill of this data. They expect this to be in place by tomorrow morning.
