Between October 21 23:40 UTC and October 22 00:30 UTC customers with traffic routing through West coast ingress infrastructure may have noticed increase latencies downloading content from fileserver.withpersona.com. The issue has be traced to a network congestion issue in our network edge provider's infrastructure. The issue has been resolved at our vendor and we are monitoring systems.

Idaho AAMVA will be performing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 07:00 - 16:00 PDT (14:00 - 23:00 UTC). During these windows, Florida and Idaho AAMVA verifications will be temporarily unavailable, and affected verifications will transition to a `canceled` status. We expect normal operations to resume once maintenance is complete. We will post updates to this page if the maintenance window is extended or if any unexpected issues arise.

An issue with how IP risk detection metadata was populated caused certain inquiries to be incorrectly flagged as risky. EU traffic was affected from about October 14th 19:50 to 22:20 UTC, and US traffic from about October 14th 21:30 to 22:25 UTC. The issue has been resolved, and IP risk detection has been working normally since 22:25 UTC.
