Incorrect IP Risk Detection Metadata — Resolved
Resolved on October 15, 2026.
An issue with how IP risk detection metadata was populated caused certain inquiries to be incorrectly flagged as risky. EU traffic was affected from about October 14th 19:50 to 22:20 UTC, and US traffic from about October 14th 21:30 to 22:25 UTC. The issue has been resolved, and IP risk detection has been working normally since 22:25 UTC.
