Update timeline

   IT teams are monitoring a vendor issue affecting Claude. Anthropic is investigating elevated error rates affecting Claude.ai, including the desktop and mobile apps, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork. Community members may experience failed requests, errors when loading or sending conversations, or prompts to sign in again. Retrying the request may be successful. Updates are available on the Claude status page. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.    Anthropic has applied a fix, and error rates have dropped substantially. Some community members may still be unable to sign in, complete account actions, start new chats or voice conversations, upload files, make purchases, or begin Claude Code and Claude Cowork sessions. Existing conversations are mostly available again. If you are currently signed in to Claude, don't sign out. Anthropic is continuing to work on a full fix. Updates are available on the Claude status page. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

   Claude is operating normally. Anthropic has resolved the issue and will continue to monitor the service.
