We are aware of intermittent errors affecting services that use AI-powered features, such as Nexthink Workspace and Spark. The errors are related to an issue with a AWS service used by some of these features. We are in close contact with AWS support team and are monitoring the situation closely. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information or when the issue is resolved.
