We are investigating an issue causing some Figma prototypes to fail to load in unmoderated studies. While we work to determine a root cause, we've identified that using a private browsing window or clearing local browsing data allows prototypes to load as a workaround.

We continue to monitor an issue causing some Figma prototypes to fail to load in unmoderated studies in collaboration with the Figma team. As a temporary workaround, affected testers or participants can sign out of Figma and retry the session. Prototypes should then load as expected.
