   Dear customer / partner, We are currently experiencing a service incident affecting part of the services provided by Link France. Our team is investigating the issue and working to restore normal operation. Start Date & Time: 2026-08-13 10:13 CEST Affected services: Core, myLinkFR, Spot-Hit, Netmessage, Professional Services and OC Studio Impact: Customers may experience access issues, delays and/or failures when using the affected services. In particular, customers using OC Studio may experience delays and/or failures when sending SMS traffic through the Core platform. Current status: We are currently switching to our failover connection to mitigate the customer impact. The underlying issue is related to our ISP. Our team continues to monitor the situation and investigate the root cause. We will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
