Resolved: The issue affecting the Office 365 Calendar integration, which began around 9:00 PM ET on August 23, 2026, has been resolved. Customers should now be able to connect and sync calendar data normally. Our team has confirmed that service has been fully restored and is continuing to monitor the integration to ensure stability. Any new interviews or calendar updates should now sync as expected. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused. An RCA will be available within 7-10 business days

We're aware of an issue affecting the Office 365 Calendar integration, which began around 9:00 PM ET on August 23, 2026. Customers using this integration may experience errors when connecting or syncing calendar data. Workaround: • Coordinate directly via external email/calendar clients: Schedule interviews and verify free/busy availability natively within Outlook or Office 365. • Reporting & tracking impact: Note that interviews scheduled directly in external clients will not automatically sync to JazzHR, which will temporarily affect interview tracking and reporting functionality until service is restored.
