Window: 14:01:44.592 - 14:08:02.363 EDT (6 min 18 s) Impact: JazzHR application was completely unavailable. Cause: Upgraded PHP 8.2 runtime rejecting type coercions PHP 7.4 runtime allowed Status: Resolved. Prod back on PHP 7.4 with previous stable release 6.74.0 We had a brief, approximately 6 minute, window of time where the JazzHR. platform was unavailable as a result of errors that occurred after an update deployment. The platform was unavailable for use for 6 min 18 s and restored afterwards by reverting the deployment. We have identified the areas causing these issues and are working on corrections as well as identifying why our pre-deployment testing did not identify these errors.
